When you book a session, submit a contact form, or leave a testimonial, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address (for in-person sessions), session notes, and any other details you choose to share. No payment information is collected or stored by this website — payments are processed directly through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Klarna.
How your information is used
Your information is used solely to schedule and conduct healing sessions, respond to your inquiries, and send session confirmations. If you submitted a testimonial and gave consent to publish, your name and quote may appear on the site. Your details are never sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
This website is hosted by DreamHost Remixer. Session booking data is stored securely on the Remixer platform. Email confirmations are sent through the Remixer forms service. The contact and booking forms transmit data over encrypted connections. Google Maps is embedded on the Contact page — Google's own privacy policy governs any data collected through that embed.
Testimonials
Testimonials submitted through the site are reviewed by Michelle before publication. Your submission is stored privately until reviewed. Only your name and the words of your testimonial are published — never your email, phone number, or any other personal detail. If you would like your testimonial removed from the site at any time, simply send an email and it will be taken down promptly.
Your rights
You may request to review, correct, or delete any personal information you have shared with 3 H Sanctuary at any time by sending an email. Requests will be honored within a reasonable time. If you are located in the European Union or California, additional rights may apply under GDPR or CCPA respectively.
